They need to stay in cali
I just wanna own a house. That's in the works though.
Prices need to fall 75% before it starts making sense to convert into 15 rental properties.
The 2nd one has a lot of potential to become multiple small apartments.
Why don't they let all the poor immigrants live in those houses😢
The huge homes are becoming unsellable. Too expensive to keep up, taxes, insurance, mortgage etc. Sooooooo many empty large, large homes that no one wants. Such a waste of money, products, equipment.
Can’t take anything to the grave
Summer 2023 it’s the beginning of the Resset big resset
Nah man! No thank you! I’m living in a tiny little apt, fairly cheap and no taxes for me to pay on it. There is a pool here AND it only takes about 30 minutes to clean and I’m done. I don’t live in Cali either. That state is a disaster.
