Special equipment had to be ordered, the dehydrator had to be used, day three curses avoided... thus no salty tears to season the dish. You can see it in her eyes when she tried it that she won this contest... no matter that it wasn't judged. She won! Love her!
It definitely would, but think the problem with that is all of there schedules are different so they have to record these at different dates so without tons of scheduling it's be almost impossible to get them all together.

To americans avacado's are best known for pairing with savory things. Especially spicy savory things. We'll put it with low fat content and otherwise dry something, like toast, then ramp up the heat. Avacado on toast with diced chilis is a thing here. It's the stereotypical american avacado dish. And four of them did something along those lines. I personally like it on a nice toasted rye bread, I'll rough mix the avacado with some diced left over pablano chili peppers, and a dusting of smoked papirikia. Takes about a minute to make, and I masted doing the mix inside the avacado skin, so cleanup is just a fork. It's grab and go to me.
His part is mostly reviewing food, and he's more of the wine guy. But yeah, I remember he had a salad dish featured on the BA insta. But he's included clearly because people swoon over him 😁

It is so weird, in Indonesia Avocados are sweet treats, we add sugar, condesed milk, ice cream and sweet cheese. We never add salt, pepper, and other spice in/on them. 😕
Or just put the avocado in a blender or food processor and pop it in a fridge for an hour. Haha.
Yeah we Filipinos treat them as dessert. I was grossed out when I first saw videos of Avocado with savory elements like wtf then like it's ok different strokes for different folks. Lmao
To americans avacado's are best known for pairing with savory things. Especially spicy savory things. We'll put it with low fat content and otherwise dry something, like toast, then ramp up the heat. Avacado on toast with diced chilis is a thing here. It's the stereotypical american avacado dish. And four of them did something along those lines. I personally like it on a nice toasted rye bread, I'll rough mix the avacado with some diced left over pablano chili peppers, and a dusting of smoked papirikia. Takes about a minute to make, and I masted doing the mix inside the avacado skin, so cleanup is just a fork. It's grab and go to me.
