Tnx, I find the solution parallelly with your video. This is what Lenovo recommend:
NVMe SSD PCI device will be invisible when Intel VMD is enabled - Lenovo ThinkSystem
Solution:
As a workaround, disable Intel VMD to make the PCI devices visible again. To disable VMD, boot computer to F1 Setup, then go to "UEFI Setup --> System Settings -> Devices and I/O Ports" and set "Intel VMD Technology" to "Disable".

Holy shit, thank you for the comment! I cloned a computer to this lenovo and I've been messing with it for way too long to no avail. I had everything right, except VMD controller was enabled and I kept getting inaccessible boot device bluescreens. Disabled, rebooted, fired up immediately.
For anyone else who may end up here. Don't forget to switch mbr to gpt and do the cmd swap from raid to ahci if coming from an older dell like I did.

I was transferring a Windows SSD from an old laptop (thinkpad e580 to thinkbook 15 gen 2) and can just get the Bitlocker menu then crashed. After several unsuccessful trials, including to reinstall the windows, I just deactivated the VMD controller at it is now working just fine! Thank you for the info!

Is it normal to unsealed before delivering to us.? As I afraid they may do something funny replace the old or use motherboard or ram and so on to my new laptop.
