Hey dude! Im planning on starting the same type of videos as you!(except the builds are more for roleplaying instead of being super OP you know what I mean?)
And I was wondering if you have any advice?
Edit: Btw the advice can come from anyone so If you have something to share, please help.
I'm new on yt too, so i don't have much experience, do what you like it's my only advice!

Here’s some math for you to chew on:
10 luck+finesse(5)+1st recon beret(5)+light touch(5)+That Gun(x2.5)= 62.5 crit chance
The elite riot gear helmet is classed as eyewear so you could equip that with the 1st recon beret if you weren't using the lucky shades

I did the math for the leather armor you get from chet, when you go to gun runners (i have no clue if this is affected by barter or not) make sure to run him dry of his caps which is 637. Then travel somewhere and wait 3 days. When you go back he'll have 8000 caps in his inventory. What you want to do is sell exactly 178 leather armor that you get from chet. So if you have 1500 leather armor then you'd get more than 30k in less than an hour

Thank you for not only putting the build in the description, but also the requirements. I know I can just go to the wiki and check myself, but it's nice not having to do that.
One improvement I might suggest would be to include which levels to invest which points into specific skills. You cant gain certain perks upon leveling unless you have x points into sneak, repair, etc...
Do u know when to invest in certain skills
It’s also super annoying that I invested time into this just to find out that the DLC was mandatory for the build.

Use light touch with the elite riot gear, it is marked as eligible. The perk looks if the armor is in a list and NOT as medium/heavy.

You deserve way more likes and subscribers I'm gonna watch all of these and I don't even plan on making all of them there just that good
if you want the int implant before level 1, instead of going to House go to the atomic wrangler and play blackjack. there is a 90xp reward for blackjack so just limit the amount of xp you get before going to the wrangler (dont pick locks and try avoid locations). the benefit of this is that you can save the reputation reset that is supposed to happen at the second act upon your leaving the lucky 38 for later.
All of this hassle for 1 (one) skill point.
For anyone who needs a way to make bank in the early game and does not want to forfeit their NCR reputation reset, you can just get your hands on some C4 plastic explosives and use the ammo hotkey exploit to duplicate C4 to sell. This also works with any other mines- if you do not wish to do the Van Graff's guard post quest for easy early C4 (the suicide bomber's C4 can be looted from his remains) you can just duplicate some fragmentation mines such as those you find on Primm's bridge, although frag mines have only a fraction of the value of C4 and thus will require way more time to rack up caps.
Use 4/0 Buck shotgun shells if you can, or whatever the 20 gauge equivalent is, as this will duplicate *four* explosives at a time and will go by WAY faster. You can buy these shells at almost any vendor who stocks ammunition.
Grabbing the NCR uniform is not exactly necessary, if you just book it past the guards they don't follow you into new vegas, and generally when you exit the door into the monorail room they follow you too slowly to do any damage to you. Hope this tip is helpful in the future, and great videos, I love them all and have tried out each build so far! You made fallout new vegas fun for me to come back to and give another shot.

All you need for an OP shotgunner build is 2 perks plus the rapid reload for fun, a riot shotgun from the omerta cashier guard and lots of 12gauge ammo.

By the way, I do not recommend going to the Strip and getting caps at the expense of snowballs - the NCR envoy will reset your reputation with the NCR. It is best to first complete the "Apocalypse" quest - by launching missiles on the lands of both the Legion and the NCR, and only then reset your reputation.
Because of this, you get two loot locations and the opportunity to complete the game for NCR. Because playing for the Legion sucks

if you used light armor you could make use of the travel light and the light touch perks. Ulysses's duster give a +5 crit chance and has a 13 dt, the lack of dt could be made up for with two ranks of toughness and the subdermal armor implant

Only thing I would add is to get the modded hunting revolver because all the other guns range from decent to garbage when it comes to long range. Maria is the only one with comparable accuracy but you can't one shot shit with it. Plus you can load SWC rounds to absolutely melt anything.

Wrong. Hunting revolver has a spread of 0.35
Ranger sequoia has a spread of 0.1, meaning it’s 3 times more accurate than hunting revolver. Scope helps you aim, but if you can match the sights on sequoia with an enemy hit box-it will hit every time.
@@max7971 three times more accurate doesn't mean shit when the spread is already that low. At that point the scope is better so you can actually see what you're aiming at

On my last playthrough I did a bee-line for the 45 Auto Pistol (1911) My favourite gun along with the pump shotgun and hunting rifle.

You don't even need to get the NCR armor. If you just rush the door and quickly hop on the monorail, the NCR soldiers won't have enough time to get to you and you'll get into the strip with no issues.

yeah, ranger sequoia and hunting revolver are good "snipers" for a pistol build
My next character is based off the mysterious stranger, this is a must have basis as to what I want the build to be
My version of this is a bit different. First off, weapons of choice are Lucky and That gun for the 2.5 times crit chance modifier. Next I get the elite riot gear and the 1st recon beret. For traits and perks make sure to pick up built to destroy, finesse, comprehension, and cowboy. Other than that make sure to buy the true police stories from Julie Farkas from the followers of the apocalypse. In total this will give you a 70% chance to critically hit, and a 95% chance to critically hit with true police stories.

If you’re okay with glitching I would do the poker chip glitch that way you can buy a bunch of implants an the sub dermal implants to get more dt. An you can go around buy whatever weapons an ammo you need like lil devil, 44 magnum with scope or the hunting revolver. But that’s just what I do

Their is another xp glitch that doesn’t involve goodsprings. Go and start “there stands the grass” talk to Angela Williams and ask her opinion about hildern , their should be a 25 speech check that can be repeated infinitely. This only helps for people who already completed gtg or rgr or for people who just don’t want to kill ringo for some reason

You actually don't have to complete Honest Hearts to get A Light Shining In Darkness. You can just [game-end] Joshua for his gun, and do the same to Daniel to get the Grand Staircase map so you can leave.

Adding a scope or increasing the damage is nothing compared to new weapons, fnv has tons of weapons.

I always forget that shades, the ranger sequoia is very good but for this build i wanted to use "fast firing pistols" to get more dps, personal preferences, but yeah i should have included both

Also, please disregard his advice on spamming 25 exp speech checks until you get to lvl 22. You would need to do ~1500 speech checks, just play the game like a normal person instead.
