    I can see your body is changing from your earlier videos a few months ago. Slightly bigger pecs and arms. The Front dumbell press I think is just like pushups. You've skipped the odd meal and a few snacks (easier in summer) without losing muscle. The workout is also rejuvenating your skin, keeping you youthful with increased testosterone from exercise.
