Ingredients for the dough:
All Purpose Flour-2 Cups Or 285 Grams
Salt-1/8 Tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tsp
Butter-1 Tbsp
Water-1/2 Cup + 1/4 Cup + 1 Tsp Or 185 ML
Ingredients for Filling:
Split Bengal Gram-1 Cup Or 250 Grams
Water-1 Cup Or 250 ML
Scraped coconut-1 Cup Or 100 Grams
Sugar-150 Grams Or 1/2 Cup + 1/4 Cup
Cardamom Powder-1/2 Tsp

I made your Boli today and came out so tasty.. thank you Princey for sharing it. I love the way how you simplify each steps so that its easy to be followed. I also made your style of cheeni sambal( loved your trick to avoid using so much oil by steaming the onions first.

@@princysauthentickitchen2365 I baked kibula bun after seeing your video. I followed your instructions and measurements. But buns were not soft like bakery one. I placed buns in lower rack of the oven.
If your dough didn’t rise in the time frame I tell, you must let it rise for more “ very Important to rise the dough till it is double in size each time “and kneading the dough is very important .,
