The hair is very nice. You were talking about high cholesterol.....I had high cholesterol but it was from me eating too much shrimp! My doctor had me keep a journal, and I wasn't eating fried foods and I don't eat pork, and she said that I eat too much shrimp! I was eating shrimp a couple times a week. So maybe that's it, but I eat oats every day. I make a trail mix with Cheerios and nuts and pieces of coconut and I eat oatmeal. That brought my cholesterol to a normal range so I am off of that medication. Just something to think about. 🙌🏽
Congratulations on getting your cholesterol down! My sister said the same thing happened to her with shrimp. I don’t eat shrimp like that. I eat it maybe once every month or two months. I have terrible digestion sooo I started putting oatmeal in my protein shakes with pecans. If I want a snack I will eat organic cheerios. You are so right though. Thank you for sharing your experience. I needed to know I was in the right track.
I use all things Vanicream. Not even my derm from CA told me about it; he was promoting a colleagues luxury brand that costs 35 a pop - and that's for the body wash! What's interesting is that 25 years ago, my Dermatologist was the best in the desert; he knew that for seborrheic and contact dermatitis, along with eczema, it had to be treated aggressively with steroids. My conditions were in remission for nearly 20 years! Then came perimenopause, and everything is 10X worse (now I have dishidrotic eczema in addition to severe blepharitis). I went back to his office, and, alas, his staff refuses to prescribe steroids, claiming there are new non-steroidal ointments and creams like mometasone furoate that work better. Nope. My primary care Dr gives me the usual triamcinolone and clobetasol, but stops short of prescribing orals and injections. Sigh. I'd trade Ameera for her derm!
The hair is so beautiful and you look great, loving your makeup as well…, always enjoy your hair review… please Ameera can you share what apps you use to edit your face for your thumbnail pictures, it looks so sharp and clean…. Please reply
Cuuute Bobb! The make-up tutorial is EXCELLENT! I live in L.A. & found the store in West Hollywood where you bought the diff products!. I’m here for all the referrals. Thanks Darlin. So glad you are doing more vids; great personality & so gorgeous🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽❣️
@Always Ameera Please don’t do the shampoo on the face, I did it and regret it, I have the same issues as you, and my skin was super inflamed and dry afterwards, it took a while to get it back to a normal! Just ask your doctor if there’s another treatment you can do besides what your current treatment is!
@AlwaysAmeera I used to LOVE my French-milled Clarins Everlasting Compact; it was "one and done"! Unfortunately, I am in perimenopause, and it is no joke: my once oily/combo skin has reversed to EXTREMELY dry AND sensitive, and there was a time I couldn't bear anything other than CeraVe. It is slowly improving, but I can't wear Clarins, or Smashbox or any of the branded makeup I used to wear...I am currently using The Honest Company's tinted eye cream and CCC tinted corrective moisturizer. Too bad I couldn't forward you my supply of 'new & improved' creams... they just might work for you. The 1% clindamycin phosphate topical lotion is fab for oily skin and acne. And you can ask a Dermatologist about prescribing tacrolimus 0.1% cream, and mometasone furoate, also 0.1%, in a cream 🙏🏼🕊
Hi! You’re my favorite! Do you know if that’s the same company as RPGShow? Just asking cause their wigs are terrible! They tangle and bunch up. Thanks 🙏🏾 😊
This bob is bobbin❤🔥
Thank you sis! Ain’t she bobbin friend?!
The hair is very nice.

I use the VANICREAM face wash and moisturizer for my dermatitis, it helped me tremendously.
Yes vanicream. I have used the moisturizer. How do you like the face wash?

@@AlwaysAmeera The face wash feels refreshing, using the moisturizer right after makes my skin very smooth.

Omg thank you for this! I was just about to go and buy some.
If the hair looks this realistic on camera, I'm sure it's unclockable in person.
Exactly. And if it is clockable, you are too close. I still suffer from lace insecurity though 😭
Do you have a link to the fan?
Powder makeup? Is it time?? That's the fastest face for me! Love the vid and the wig!! 👏🙏🏼🕊
Right?! You like a powder face too?

Omg Do they? Rpghair and rpgshow are two different brands. I used to get confused too
