The dermatologist did a biopsy, going a few layers deep, thinking I too might have vitiligo, but when they couldn't figure it out they told me I have dermatitis (a blanket term for when they don't really know). They told me to wash my face with Selsun blue (yes, the dandruff shampoo), which I did consistently for a while and it did nothing.
I went into a restaurant with black toilets and all I thought about was a snake hiding, coiled at the bottom…I left and waited until I got home, two hours later….😳🏃♀️Anyway, love the vlog and the hair!

Don't workout to hard because that's putting a lot of stress on your body, do low impact stuff, like a nice slow walk, yoga, or low impact anything.
