I own a house and it's a lot. I told my daughter to buy only a house when she is 110% ready. And even then, think about it again. She's almost 30 and had plenty of time. If you just want to own something, get a townhouse or condo.

I use Caroline Herrera in Blush and I do mix it with Prada candy sometimes and it’s amazing - soooo good!! But that’s my go out scent. 🥰 😉 Hubby loves it. That hair is cute cute and the fact that it was so simply to install that’s a plus! Great vid friend

Girl, I got my condo un 2008, (I was in my 40’s) sold it in 2018 into an apartment, and I have never regretted it. If something needs fixing, I put in a service request and it gets fixed.😂 Enjoy apartment looking! 😂❤

I love owning a home, you dont have to pay the mortgage until the 15th, you can move when you want and not worry about breaking a lease, you pay less for more square footage. I always make sure my mortgage is affordable and I rent a room, which gets old, but the extra money is nice.
My bf and i just moved into a home and the maintenance is just crazy. He had to install a new garbage disposal (youtube video was helpful so he saved extra), he had to hire some ppl to put more installation in the attic so the home will be warm, we had a rat in our attic and had to pay out of pocket for unnecessary advice so we bought rat poison and handled it ourselves, we just got solar panels cuz the electricity was a B etc like girl a house is nice, but it's a lot to keep up with. Something always needing to be fixed and lawn work is never ending. Save your coins and enjoy the freedom.
Homes you have to worry about lawn care, home repairs, pest control, homeowner’s insurance, it’s just so much lol! I’m an apartment girly too, being 30 doesn’t mean I have to rush into buying a house!! Take your time sis!
