But, when you're playing against Phil, and he presses a medium/heavy kick at the earliest possible opportunity six times in a row, eventually the opponent is just gonna Drive Impact him, because slow, commital buttons are exactly what Drive Impact is designed to beat. If Phil played slower, he wouldn't have his attacks eaten by Drive Impact so often.
whats funny is that any normal that is special cancellable can cancel into DI, so if you react in time, and arent just mashing buttons, you can cancel into DI and and counter the opponent's DI.

If you watch his gameplay he always does the same aggressive fighting style and attacks, he literally runs in and mashes buttons, it's all gravy until he gets hit and then he gets demolished. If DSP is going to be a massive scrub, then at least let's make it educational.
