Lauren Broissoit from Winnipeg Jets, I think he'd be a good fit here. Don't know if we'd get lucky enough to get the Bruins goalie
He's a choker time and time again when it counts
Watching the playoffs … none of these 16 teams give up 2-on-1’s like the Pens do.
The Pens have a team defense problem. There isn’t a goaltender out there who would be successful backstopping this team as it plays right now.
I don't know anything about anything especially when it comes to hockey, but
1. UPL is my favorite name in the NHL right now and I would be first in line for a Luukkonen sweater if he comes to Pittsburgh.
2. I'm not so certain about your thoughts on the Bruins goaltending situation. Granted, this was a comment that Biz made on Spittin Chiclets but I guess Swayman was talking with Toronto about going there, then at the draft they went with someone else in the 4th round and Boston swooped in with their next pick. According to Biz, Swayman has a bit of a chip on his shoulder against the Leafs which is why he's been getting the green light this series. Personally, I think Swayman and Ullmark have a great relationship and - depending on price - it would be silly to break them up.
I think Jarry's main issue is confidence. I think that's the undisclosed issue he was dealing with last year and why everyone said it wasn't going to be a problem this year. I don't think it was a physical setback. I think he tends to fold under pressure and if he had an environment that that focused more on boosting that confidence rather than the constant pressure of not being a good enough starter, I bet he'd be much better. We know there's a good goalie in there, we've seen it. He plays best when he plays bold.
Ned earned his spot, but is he solid enough to play 40 games or more for a full season? Jarry is good for 20 games at most.
There’s not gonna be goaltending success until our defenseman play defense and our forward play offense. We focus to much of “defensive minded bottom six) but in a core of offensive defenseman it doesn’t work, the D men don’t have offensively talented (bottom six forwards) to work with so production doesn’t happen
Go get Ullmark... Boston is clearly moving on from him and his cap hit with the way Sway is kickin
It won't matter who you have in the net if they don't fix there defense.
Yes it does, and the stats prove that they were good enough on paper.. the same defense that played I front of Ned played in front of jarry
@earthquakkejake9894 the stats prove that they were bad defensively. And not good enough on paper
They also prove Jarry had a better season
Canucks third goalie shut down the preds to close out that series …. Jarry cant shut shit. He would have the team golfing by the end of game 4
UNRELIABLE
Didn't Jarry lead the league in shutouts?
Also, the play in front of the goalie matters. Pens were awful defensively
Pens were never very good at player devlopement . And it seems like everytime they give out a big contract , the player slacks off .
He doesn't week hard enough to meet the standard that the pittsburgh penguins should be
Let Jarry first half of season. Ned second half
bye bye reirden
Good luck getting rid of that jarry contract.
If they decide to keep jarry I would fire the goalie coach
Jarry give up too many soft goals. You can't depend on him in close games. He always looses to a better goalie. Penguin will not make the playoff if he is in net
@@youssefhimo1149jarry doesn't give up a lot of soft goals
@@jsebby2284I'd prefer they trade Jarry but I'm not so sure it will be easy. I would say a he gave up soft goals but the team in front of him didn't make it easy for him. Wouldn't blame Jarry for the losing season completely because it's a team sport. Dubas took some blame by his own admission too
Jarry is good, if he get games... He is the guy. Dont understand the hate against him. He cant show, if he dont play
WTF?! What games have you been watching? You really should stop taking drugs, it's truly bad for your brain and health!
@@IceWarrior341 I am not taking drugs. Thats my opinion. I watched some games. And thats my opinion. If its not yours, its okay. But thats my.
@@IceWarrior341I can ask you the same thing and say the same thing about you

Yes, Jarry does give-up a lot of "soft" goals and it was remarkable that he had six shutouts this year in my opinion with a poor Pens defense.
@@jeffthewhiff Yes he had 6 shutouts, but he had about 20 games where he gave up 2 or more goals in the first 10 shots.
Okay, that's interesting about Jarry giving-up early goals and I did not realize that. It is hard to figure him out because sometimes he can play really well and other times mediocre. It seems like consistency has been his biggest weakness.
@@jeffthewhiff I agree with you 100 %
Jarry doesnt give up a lot of soft goals
And still the Defense gets ignored then everyone will complain about the Defense all season . I'd trade Joseph for a used bar of hairy shower soap .
Yuuuuup foreal bro. No idea how POJ and Graves are getting overlooked. They need to go.
Jarry is trash
He's not though
@jsebby2284 yea he is you don't see it he's garbage bye Just like cancer ek he's garbage to
Jarry is garbage. I'd trade him for a pack of smokes

Except he's not garbage
