Definitely need to continue the sketchbook challenge. I have way too many sketchbooks that need attention before I buy any new. I want to be very intentional about any new supplies I bring in 😅

With the a6 kinbor, are you able to flip the back pages to the front when you’re working in it to keep the current section you’re using in the middle? The hobonichi and stalogy binding allows you to do this. Wondering if the kinbor binding is the same. I like your Hobonichi notebook that you added your monthly and tracking. It’s a wonderful idea. Like the day free. I purchased 2 in order to do this if my full year gets too thick for my cover. Next year I’m using the avec. You’re sketching is beautiful ❤
Yes, with the kinbor you can flip the back pages to the front but I will say that you need to be more careful with it than a hobonichi because its just not made as well... Hobonichi is on another level!
I'm joining the sketchbook challenge this year too. Last year I finished one sketchbook (a landscape A5 from royal tales art creation). I have three sketchbooks that I have started but one of them (Strathmore mixed media) is the one I use for everything. I'm hoping I can finish that one this year. And start using one of the other two I have started. I would want to have just one sketchbook going at a time but I don't know if that's doable. I still haven't found one I really like.
I am so glad to hear you are joining again!! I totally understand what you mean about having just one sketchbook. I find it hard to have just one because there are so many with all different sizes and papers.
