- Today we finally head out in our unfinished campervan conversion, and our first destination is the beautiful New Forest, in Hampshire. Why the New Forest, well because Mum is already down there in Southhampton, visiting Nan and Grandad for Mother's Day. The only trouble is we still don't have a fridge, so we have to try and source one around Southampton. Once we finally do, we head to our very first camping spot, you're not allowed to stay in the New Forest overnight, so we have to stay on the outskirts, and our first spot is the beautiful Pepperbox Hill. Everything went perfectly on our first night, apart from when it came to leaving...

Welcome to Taylors Aboard a Campervan, our sister channel to you guessed it Taylors Aboard a Narrowboat. On this Channel, we're be converting our new, well new to us 2005 Peugeot Boxter. which we bought to replace our Renault Kangoo, which is too unreliable, uneconomical, and small for Dad to sleep in. This van was an ex-school bus, with only 80k miles on the clock, 3 new tires, a new exhaust, But most importantly it starts every time and doesn't have a fuel leak. The two big problems with buying an ex-school minibus are, one, it came with 14 seats in the back that we have to remove and try to get rid of. two it has a speed limiter on it. This van is so big we can all sleep in it, allowing us to travel to beautiful places far and wide, like Scotland and Wales, whilst staying in the van. So join us as we convert this ex-school bus into a beautiful family camper, from electrics, plumbing, and gas to building 3 beds, a kitchen, a dinette, and a toilet all into a 6ft by 11ft box.

Hi Guys reminds me.of the John clees film clock wise !! He gets stuck then goes to find. A man with a tractor what he doesn't. Know is a man he is fuming to about the mud is actually sitting on a tractor behind the hedge a bit like when he started hitting the car with a branch I was waiting for that from Andy 😄👍

Yeah, it is really cosy in there, it actually gets a bit too hot. Don't worry, we'll get out, we always do!
It was a shame it was Misty as normally you can see the cranes at Southampton docks also the 600 ft Calshot chimney before they blew it up such a landmark that place can be tricky to come out onto the A36 as the traffic is really shifting over the hill top I had already had to peep over the sofa seeing Josh getting over that duel carriage way in your last clip what a dangerous crossing
It reminded me of the mummy hedgehog teaching her son to cross the road at night she said it's easy son just stand still and let the light go each side of you !! So that night over he went so saw the lights coming and stayed still !! The only trouble was it was Dell & Rodney with the 3 wheeler 😏
Yeah, I know it was a big Shame about the weather, but still a lovely view! Yep that road is dangerous. Oh I now I couldn't believe that duel carriage way, all this stuff about health and safety and they through you onto a main road on a busy canal towpath!
