When you help you have to make sure it's from your heart. If it's not then you are going to get your feelings hurt. Per example there's a lady who works for me down in Peru, I paid for her daughter to get her cleft pallet fixed. Flew them across the country, paid for hotels, meals, you name it. When it was over we picked them up from the hotel and housed them for another week so they didn't have to head back into the jungle with out her being healed. They left while everyone was out of the house, and have yet to this day even text me (on the phone I bought them) thank you. I do not care though, I thought I did at first cause we all would like that pat on the back, but in the end I did it for the girl.
