Quite a strong Offer Keith to be honest. Especially if you consider the vat on it loses you 20% straight away. I was thinking more like £2500. Which is why I'm keeping mine whatever else happens.
That's the great the thing about the Classic 500. Not only are they better bikes than the new 350's but they are holding their value. Mine is a '21 plate and is now worth more than it was when brand new!
A work colleague of mine just paid £1000 for a new pair of trainers! I absolutely love my 350 classic. It's the best bike in the world for whizzing around the Dales. Never going to sell mine.
I kept my Classic 350 in Bronze and Chrome, but just recently bought a 2019 Indian Scout Bobber abs in Stryker Red, just for the same reason.....I'm American and wanted something more powerful for the big highways we have.

Morning Keith, just subscribed. I bet you were right chuffed about the part ex price. I heard they offered him £2200. By the way i would be interested in the heel and toe shifter and filter parts possibly the rack too ( if it will fit the bullet?) Please let me know if that is a possibility and Ill come and get them from you 👍
I think that is a fair price indeed, I purchased my new Classic 350 in March for £3699 OTR which was a bargain....I wonder if it is an Interceptor ? Looking forward to finding out what you have bought 👍
I think you're going for a Triumph Bonneville, possibly from the guys at Staffordshire Triumph. The PX valuation doesn't seem too bad as I saw a Classic(23 reg) in a dealers for £3K with loads of accessories. If they are asking £3K then what did they pay?.
I would have pushed for 3400 if it was a trade in.. My guess would be either the Triumph 400 or a Shotgun 650. Regardless, a new bike is exciting! I don't work on a dock, I drive a Lori. Lol
Very informative as ever, thank you. As per your recommendation for the best all round upgrade for the Classic 350. Can you confirm that you have both the DNA Filter & Cover fitted (not just the filter)?
Thanks. I have used it both ways The filter on its own with the standard cover did offer a bit more performance without the added induction roar With the cover fitted it was a bit noisier and I didn't notice too much increase in performance. But overall , a worthwhile upgrade I think 👍 Try just the filter first🤔
I think previous folks comments have about covered it…. T100 or a W800? Whatever you’ve gone for, I’m sure you’ve got what you want, and that’s the important thing…
From your "Big Brother comment, I'ld say a Used Classic 500 is in the works, However, I would still keep the Classic 350, You will miss it I am sure. But whatever you do, stay safe Keith!
Your bike cost around £3350 plus vat as with any purchase you lose the vat straight away which would be around £660 so in reality probably not as bad as you think. 😢
Trouble is you lose a £1000 I would prefer to buy another bike. I brought a pan for 1400 with 12 months mot and 38000 miles already done a 1000 mile tour to North Yorks from Cornwall..so have my pan for long trips and classic 350 and Himalayan oh my inshurance for all three is about £300 all individually inshured fully comp.
I never thought of that. The rewards are miniscule at my level but technically I guess you are correct. A penny is a reward. Thanks,I need to look into it.
My brother just bought a classic on a 72 plate, with 2k miles with some accessories, in mint condition for £2200 from a dealer.... They don't hold value.
You've obviously traded it for a Chrome Red Classic 350; everybody knows that red is faster. The only bike faster than that is a Ducati Diavel in black with Dodge racing stripes (the stripes add @ 300 BHP by themselves, but if you throw on a fart muffler, that goes all the way to 302). All kidding aside, the only "classic" motorcycle I can think of that would be worth trading the 350 for (and only if you absolutely HAD to, rather than keeping it as a stablemate!!!!) would be the Moto Guzzi V7. What the heck else could be comparable in character?
The pursuit of more power😂 lets see what you get and i would lay bets youll be making vids on same roads at same speeds.... just toured france on my himi and wife on her meteor...did motorways a roads and back roads... not once did we need or want more power... its the mindset not the engine
It just shows, best to buy a second hand one. £1000 in four months!! Some say you've got a good deal. Just mentioned your so called good deal to my wife cooking in the kitchen, she just dropped the mixing bowl on the floor in horror and said yours in the garage isn't worth much then!!😅 Keith, ask your wife if you're getting a good deal after four months!! 🤭 Hope your replacing it with another Enfield, otherwise your channel will suffer!! 😅
I don’t think that’s bad 😁 You couldnt rent a bike for £60 a week, that’s less than a tenner a day, some folk pay more than that it bus and train fares😁
Ah Keith....when I commented on your video a few weeks ago about the weight and power....I knew you would succumb! I should have put a bet on at Ladbrokes! The charm and smile factor aside, I think you have come to the same conclusion that many youtubers have... As for the incoming....ooh...an interceptor maybe...or a T100....whatever it is mate, I hope you enjoy it! 23:44 t 23:44 !

I think previous folks comments have about covered it…. T100 or a W800? Whatever you’ve gone for, I’m sure you’ve got what you want, and that’s the important thing…
Thanks for commenting Steve, ride safe 👍
I think you will regret selling the little Enfield. Get the new bike but hang on to the Classic if you can 😀👍.
Thanks for commenting.

Morning bud, l don't think £3000 is a bad price they will put it out at about £3600. looking forward to the reveal, Goldstar maybe, take care bud 👍

From your "Big Brother comment, I'ld say a Used Classic 500 is in the works, However, I would still keep the Classic 350, You will miss it I am sure. But whatever you do, stay safe Keith!
Thanks Mate.
You too, ride safe👍🇺🇸
And I think 3,000 is a very fair offer.
Me too.Thanks for commenting.

Perhaps one of the various RE 650's?
Thanks for commenting.
Ride safe Mate👍
Fair deal I'd say.
Thanks for commenting.

Your bike cost around £3350 plus vat as with any purchase you lose the vat straight away which would be around £660 so in reality probably not as bad as you think. 😢

Why dont you fit a Kent cam and save yourself a fortune and boost your power and value to the bike?
Thanks for commenting.

Thanks for your thoughts.
Ride safe Mate👍
You mention Insurance for SDP but what about if you were to have a collision while filming a vedio for RUclips is this not for reward? Just a thought!
I never thought of that.
The rewards are miniscule at my level but technically I guess you are correct.
A penny is a reward.
Thanks,I need to look into it.
I’ve a few W800s floating around 2nd hand

My brother just bought a classic on a 72 plate, with 2k miles with some accessories, in mint condition for £2200 from a dealer.... They don't hold value.
No, because of the relatively low starting price. Great bikes though especially at that money!
Ride safe Mate👍
You've obviously traded it for a Chrome Red Classic 350; everybody knows that red is faster. The only bike faster than that is a Ducati Diavel in black with Dodge racing stripes (the stripes add @ 300 BHP by themselves, but if you throw on a fart muffler, that goes all the way to 302). All kidding aside, the only "classic" motorcycle I can think of that would be worth trading the 350 for (and only if you absolutely HAD to, rather than keeping it as a stablemate!!!!) would be the Moto Guzzi V7. What the heck else could be comparable in character?
Wonderful, thanks for your comments. 300 hp on a bike, can you imagine.
All will be revealed soon, ride safe Mate👍
Hello Keith 👋🏻 3k it very good . i wonder who the dealer is 🤔
Thanks for commenting.

The pursuit of more power😂 lets see what you get and i would lay bets youll be making vids on same roads at same speeds.... just toured france on my himi and wife on her meteor...did motorways a roads and back roads... not once did we need or want more power... its the mindset not the engine

@@shottostravels you really wouldn't🤮 😂
It just shows, best to buy a second hand one. £1000 in four months!! Some say you've got a good deal. Just mentioned your so called good deal to my wife cooking in the kitchen, she just dropped the mixing bowl on the floor in horror and said yours in the garage isn't worth much then!!😅
Keith, ask your wife if you're getting a good deal after four months!! 🤭
Hope your replacing it with another Enfield, otherwise your channel will suffer!! 😅
Thanks for commenting.
It's always best to buy a second hand one, whatever it is.

I don’t think that’s bad 😁 You couldnt rent a bike for £60 a week, that’s less than a tenner a day, some folk pay more than that it bus and train fares😁
I agree, thanks for your thoughts.
Ride safe Mate 👍
3K is ok dealer wont be able to sell it for much more maybe he will get 3250 - u will buy the new Goldstar single 650cc.

Thanks Mate.
