Great video. Citizen Promaster has a great history as well. It was by the Italian Navy (NY0040). I believe Citizen also had the first watch with a depth meter.
I have a 38 year old Omega Seamaster (white face with silver hands) that I have worn on countless dives, and I still wear it almost every day. It’s not my only dive watch, but it is my favorite.
Hey This Week ! Thanks for the note, isn't it great to have a favorite... or two. Yes, wish I still had my original DOXA 300 from 1970. But ... Thanks for your comments. Bob C
I did learn diving with tables and a watch, and I still wearing one, same as you, left wrist and computer on the right one. I'm also a watch aficinado too so I hope to see your Doxa video soon!
Thank you so much for sharing the history of dive watches and divecomputer, I really appreciate this episode, so I would love to hear more. I'm also intersted in a video about the milestones and of course I would love to see how you looked like when you were at the navi.
