I was just thinking about you a few minutes ago, wondering what the latest painting is and then, I see your video with a new painting! Your paintings are beautiful.
😍 How lovely, Nia!! 💐 😃👍 I love this beautiful floral composition, and how the blue flowers accentuate and enhance the colour effect! It was beautiful already, but when you added them, it gave the whole painting a wonderful boost! 🤩 Fantastic!! Thank you for this tutorial!! (Can't wait to chill out painting these flowers myself! ☺️😉) 🙏 🤗👏👏👏🥰😘
@@NianianiI am on a budget and already have so many watercolor paints that I am trying to find substitutions within my supplies and I wonder if you think it’s okay to use: Scarlet Lake for Vermillion, Manganese Blue Hue (DS) for Grey of Grey, Burnt Umber by MGraham? Thank you for answering if you have the time. ❤
@@melissab3038 Grey of Grey has a lot of white pigments, you can use manganese blue with white to get the soft blue colour, and I think scarlet lake would be fine if you add the tiniest bit of yellow. With this said though, doodles like these are really open to any colour combination, so you don't have to use exact colours
Thank you. This is beautiful!! My initial thought was the colors were not ones I would ever like. Watching you changed my opinion and opened up new possibilities. Thank you for the awesome description of how you created this work. I've never seen a watercolor tutorial presented with such clear and usable instructions. How encouraging I find this. I hope I find others like this from you.
Now a days I don't find much time to paint. But your voice brings good memories... it feels like a good old friend talking to my soul... watercolour painting is ❤
Wonderful flowers! Beauty! I like your creativity! Catch my big like for promoting your creative channel! With all my heart I wish you creative success in creating new beauty! With a friendly smile, Mr. Hi! :)
Hi, I’ve enjoyed your art for almost a year now, and as I’m trying to improve my sketching but still find myself erasing so much. Do you have tips for helping my paper still look nice before I even get to painting? Thank you 😊
I always like to sketch loosely and lightly. To help with this, I hold my pencil a bit higher than normal so it flows better. With this said, it does take practice to do this because when you're holding further back, you need to move your whole arm instead of just using your wrist. Hope this helps
Makes me happy!!! 🌼
So so so so beautiful! Magnificent 🎉

This is a very relaxing exercise. Thank-you for sharing. Quick question - Holbein has two Jaune Brilliant colors, did you use #1 or #2? Thanks
No 2 😊
@@NianianiIs it peach colored or yellow? On my screen it looks more peach than yellow and reviewers say it’s a great flesh color. Thank you!

I'm just curious, do you clean your brush when mixing colors? Im scared to just dip and mix because it might ruin the paint? lol
Yes I do 😊 but not completely if I don't mind getting certain tones mixed
