What do you do when the blinds tilt and get in a bind? Wife must have cranked on it too hard and now the blinds are stuck at an angle.

I got the double click but when I the blinds get have way up it disconnects again. That is the first original click. The second click is towards the top. any suggestions
Same kind as mine. Mine will click twice and it still won't reconnect. ABSOLUTE JUNK!!!! DON'T BUY THESE! EVER!!!
What happens when you slide it up and after the second click on magnet, you here one fall down. I’ve done this maneuver over and over. I’ve gotten it to work in the past, but now it doesn’t work😢.
This does not work for me. After the second click, I'm able to adjust the angle of the blinds, but can't raise/lower them. When I slide the mechanism down, it just decouples again... is it completely busted?

I reattach the slider and slowly raise it. I move slower thru the first click, then through the second click. I then slowly side it down to the bottom and back up, but the blinds don’t move. When I move it toward the top past the second click location, I can feel another area of resistance. If I click it there, I hear the slider inside the door fall to the bottom. 😏
Can you tell me what’s happening? Is there something else I should try?

Blinds inside two panes of glass are a pain. Most stupid idea I have seen. I have two french doors with this setup. It's a pain in the ass. I have to keep opening the blind frame to fix the blinds almost everyday. Especially the french door that opens and closes. Total garbage.

I have dual sliders. The top controls the tilt and the bottom controls the up/down. Up/Down works, the tilt no longer works.
I just watched this video. What do I do if I can't even move my control mechanism because it got stuck on the very bottom?
Is there access to get in between the glass? I bought these off someone and during the process of picking them up I turned them upside down which caused one of the blinds to bend. I went ahead and followed your instructions but there's a gap due to one of the blinds being bended a bit
Like other viewers, my tilt mechanism is not work properly, only a partial tilt in one direction. Any solution yet?

Mine won't tilt the blinds and will only move them up 1/2 way if I am lucky. Total junk.
This worked, but when I was able to slide it up, the blinds went up one side but not the other. Any tips on that?
My problem is not the mechanism but the rope inside. It tore off. Can the blinds be replaced?

I have these blinds one side fixed just like the video shows. The other window feels like a magnet is stuck halfway down the door. I try picking it up with the slider going real slow but it just feels like it glides past. Any suggestions?

Awesome tip. Unfortunately mine would detach again when I tried to use it. I live in Texas and the hear/humidity can also cause swelling which the causes the bottom of the blind to hang up. I use painters tape to hold ice packs on it for 15 minutes and then it frees it up.
