I use the Cleto Reyes teardrop bag with the same rachet. Happy with it.

Perfect timing, I was looking for a video on good double end bags.
What would you recommend as a good option for under $100? I need something that has good bounce back so I can practice my head movement. Keep up the good work bro!

for the longevity of the bag, is it best to use gloves or not?
Between the pear-shaped bag and this new bag, which do you prefer if you can only choose one?
I’ll be a beginner, but I’m OK with my hands toughening up just wanted to know, thanks.

Hello, great video! How many inches is the length of the bag? I know Cleto Reyes says 17” from loop to loop, was just wondering about the length of the bag. I’m considering the Ringside one as a cheaper alternative but I’m not sure if I should get 7” or 9”. I would like to get the same size as this Cleto Reyes one. Thank you!

I just bought the rival 8 inch double end bag. But this looks like it'll be better. I'll probably buy this one too. Have you reviewed the title gyro balanced double end bag?

Hey carlo, quick question. I am kinda lost as to what kind of groin guard to use. I've only used steel cups and simple competition groin guards (the non leather smaller ones) so far because I thought the leather ones would be a burden to wear. But turns out after borrowing a leather one for sparring, they are not that bad. So I'm getting a new (Phenom) one. I'm very light on my feet and move/slip/dodge a lot. Should I get the standard or the high cut one?

Hey man, I watched your headgear videos and really wanted the Ringside Ultralight so I ordered one but my head is too big for the large size. Do you have any recommendations for a similar type of headgear, but with more sizes? I currently use Hayabusa T3 and it works fine but I wanted a lighter headgear. My gym almost always spars light so I regret getting such a beefy headgear.

Have you tried any of the open face type headgear? Sounds like it would be your best bet
