I skipped to the three hundred bc my skin usually handles treatments well. it definitely gives micro needling like results quickly. I would say it definitely works as long as you use whichever intensity that works best for you.
Actually, I believe I said, you can use 50 and 100 daily, while 1000 should be used topically as in on specific areas that you want to focus on, and not on the whole face. (just realized topically can also just mean outside)

While it's fine to use them together, you should first make sure to test it before going all out on your face.
