Courtland Sutton for a 4th rounder makes the most sense, he is cheap, has chemistry with Russ and we know he is a good #2 WR. We can saves our 1st, 2nd and 2 3rds to get Top OT, DT, Corner and Center.
The biggest news yesterday in NFL was The Lions signing the best wide receiver in the game since Antonio Brown in Amon St Brown. Now this is huge for Steelers but doesnt ensure they are even making a trade what if they where freeing up for sign WR Boyd.
THE PRICE STANDARD FOR WR WAS SET BY ST. BROWN. IF WE TRADE FOR WR FROM SAN FRANCISCO HE WILL WANT ABOUT 20MILL MIN 4 YEAR 3 YEAR GUARANTEED. I LIKE SUTTON WE CAN STILL FILL OUT OUR POSITIONAL NEEDS AT THE DRAFT.
Tyler Boyd!, there will not be a trade for WR. I dont see them paying 20 to 30 mill per year in a new deal with any receiver. The WR in Detroit has really messed this all up for these guys. Our needs are too many to waste draft capital or limit their flexibility from a cap standpoint
If we pay a #1 Wr that would mean we’re not keeping George Pickens after his contract is up. Why is no one talking about that angle of the wr acquisition?
George still has 2 years and a fifth year option or we can franchise him. But of he is productive he will get paid by then because the cap goes up every year
We have a great track record drafting receivers rather save the cash and add more pieces. The Steelers have never spent money like that in a receiver in the past. We drafter HW , RE and complementary revivers and then MW, EMS and a young AB. You act like we are in a total rebuild after 10-7. If we had solid QB and line play and decent OC we would have been 13-4 and not in chicken little mode.
It didn’t work in Denver why would we want that.. he would score touchdowns in games YES but those would be like the only plays he would make during the game then Dissapear for the rest of the game.
Personally, I'd like them to trade for Tee Higgins. Cincinnati is falling apart anyway (I live here), and cheapie Mike Brown won't pay anyone (except Burrow).
@@mrcjjr as a Steelers fan, I haven’t looked at the fine details of other teams. In recent years I’ve always seen Cincy as a serious threat in the conference. Didn’t notice, or get the feeling that their window was closing.
@@bmike4321 My opinion is based on what I see/hear day to day living here. I too am a Steelers fan. The Bengals USE to be a serious threat...they're chance is behind them IMO.

Wide receivers are a dime a dozen, this makes sense. The fact is Brandon Aiyu price tag is Ridiculous.

Seven million is for donuts and coffee for the draft room

Or knowing Omar Khan, the 48ers will end up paying the Steelers to take one of their receivers off their hands. 😂

Get Hunter renfrow
Take Courtland Sutton from DENVER! Much cheaper!!!

Why do you feel the team is falling part?
@@bmike4321 Burrow can't stay healthy; Salary cap issues (can't pay everyone); poor ownership; window is closing (if it already hasn't)....is that enough?

I’m not sure Sutton is that good. Sutton was a second round pick. We only got a third for Brown. That is way to much. I say the fourth.
A B was a 6th round pick 😮
Stick to volleyball dude.
