    • @overlord3481
      @overlord3481 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@zackylacky4157 pct is a collection of drugs: hcg, AIs, and Serms, that aim to bring your testosterone production back to normal.
      Hcg is a synthetic form of lh and fsh hormones that will stimulate your testicles to produce testosterone, but you will have to stop hsg at some point (so the body has the reason to produce it's own lh and fsh).
      Serms and AIs are enti estrogen drugs. Serms will prevent estrogen from acting on your testicles and pituitary gland which prevents natural testosterone production. In addition they will block other estrogenic effects on your body. AIs stop aromataze production. Aromataze is an enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen. You need this, because estrogen does not convert back to testosterone after aromatization.
      That's pretty much a PCT, but a pct program will not make you fully recover after prolonged steroid use for years. As the damage will be permanent at that point. That's why many professional bodybuilders retire with trt (steroids on a small dose) instead of trying to resurrrect their natural testosterone production.

      @@alessandroforestiacosta5682 what a ridiculous thing to say. Our bodies most certainly have limits. There is a limit on recovery, a myostatin limit(which is literally a hormone that limits the amount of muscle your body will let you grow) and a bunch of other limits. As someone who's been killing myself in the gym for years and still don't even look like I have "newbie gains" that you see online, in my opinion most people can't get any kind of decent physique from natural means.
      We are in a mass-delusion about what men can achieve naturally because the only people who really pursue it long term are the upper 20-30% of men who actually see meaningful results from their efforts. People like me that have less than stellar genetics just simply give up. The only reason I haven't given up is because I'm mentally ill (and I've promised myself that if I can stay consistent to year 7 I will start gear so I can finally look like an average lifter) other men just realize it's not worth it to sacrifice your entire life to get pitious results, so they stop going to the gym. The rest of us just have to suffer.

    You guys should cover the PCT (post cycle therapy) protocol utilizing HCG and Clomid. They dramatically reduce recovery time and jumpstart the testes again. However, have their own lists of adverse effects.
    Also side note,: Steroids themselves do not actually cause acne outright. I have been on for over 2.5 years as a competitor in men's physique. Never once have I had to deal with any sort of acne, hair loss, or any of the other typical side effects people expect with steroid use. A huge part comes down to genetics and the type of steroid you use/stack with others of course (there are hundreds of compounds out there), however many of the typical superficial side effects are caused more by hormone fluctuation though improper usage. Basically, don't be dumb and reckless, educate yourself, and be transparent with your family doctor/endocrinologist to ensure your safety while maximizing the benefits.

      @@sleekismboyz605usually refers to taking extremely small doses of psychedelics, can potentially be useful in some scenarios but it won't do anything for the stuff described in this video, it's more about trying to harness psychedelics to perform better at work. Personally i find the whole idea repugnant, psychedelics are truly amazing and can be life saving when treating trauma and other mental health issues, the idea of exploiting them to be more successful at your tech bro job is just insulting... We need to change the whole system to be more humane, not try to fit into it better. But there you go.

    i really respect to those guys who dedicated and willing to take something that might kills them, they willing to sacrifice and willing to take the consequences of what will happened.
    i have been go to the gym for more than a year now and i was as a strongest kid at my school until university when i got to the gym i saw many guys twice my size lifting much more than i did and after sometime i figured out they took steroids. I always want to be the strongest but after i learn the consequences of taking it for me is not worth it because my life is revolving around studies and researching because i wanted to know the world better. I think we should prioritize things in life and only take the path we think is the most rational to us.
    anyways i need some opinions , i weight around 85-90kg and 175m i can squat atg 170 deadlift 220 bench 130 is it higher or lower than an average natural lifter at my weight ?
    compare to when i first got to the gym im not much stronger, i could bench 80kg for reps deadlift 150 for reps and squat atg for only 60kg for reps so is my progress slow ? for my diet i think i eat enough food but i dont really follow any kind of diet because i can only eat what my family cook.
