The community's culture prohibits cooperation with law enforcement. As it is celebrated in popular songs and sayings, "Snitches get stiches." Demonizing police is not a pathway to a peaceful society for the many citizens, but it is way these people prefer to live.
I’d say since the start of the slave patrol a certain people have been subjected to abuse by the same entity that’s wants their help to solve crimes they get paid to solve! Maybe if when they see the public they don’t infringe on their rights on a daily basis under the color of law then when something happens come knocking on that community’s door and needing help to solve a murder I’m so sure they supposed to be willing ready to talk moral of the story stop treating that one community as a whole gang of criminals stop the false arrest the beatings the constant authoritarian egos and maybe just maybe the people will cooperate! May I add there is no law saying the people have to help the law enforcement agencies anyway

Saw 2 young cops hiding in their car behind the dumpster next to the civil axe on Broad ave. I pulled buy and they were both just smiling and playing on their phones. Perhaps they could be doing some actual police work.
What if you see a bleck man walking up behind you ? Do you then look around for cops ? Odds are about a million to one that a homie will get you first. The media has you all mixed up about who you should fear.
