@@felixpastrana932 Hi there! For gas and electric you get the ability to choose based on rate. papowerswitch dot com and pagasswitch dot com are both there and publicly available for you to enter your current account info from both UGI (gas if you have it) & PPL (electric) and then shop around for the best deal for you. Pro tip: sort by fixed rates and NO cancellation fees, so you can switch whenever you want!
My wife got a new RN job in Columbia and where talking where is the leas in taxes and low in rent Matt? Where looking to move to maybe to rent at first.to see where we want to buy or build??
I watched the school video. It would be helpful to see info on alternative schools, homeschool coops/hybrids, charter schools, private schools and what are options/services available for special needs?
My wife and I love the country in Lancaster we’ve been come out there since 2000 until we always been talk about moving out there now my wife and I are my wife got the orange I’m out there and she started in September
Hello, it seems you only help people who want to sale or buy a home. Not people wanting to rent homes, is this true? If so, do you have any references for people who want to rent?
Considering moving there. Me and my wife are Cna s. ( certified nursing assistants) are there nursing homes there where we can work. Plus I do have my cell class b. How's the work scene.
What does the crime look like in the City? I have found in my recent 2020-22 travels that some major cities are really struggling with criminal activity. I've been everywhere from St. Louis to SF and live near DC. I'd like to hear more about this aspect.
Lived in DC 2021, San Antonio,TX, Santa Barbara, CA, and grew up in Lancaster/york pa area. currently live in Lancaster county this year. And I have to say crime isn’t anything near DC. York I would say is reminiscent of DC with violent crime, and economy. Now there have been a string of cars broken into, homes broken into in Lancaster but as for violent crime is here and there usually targeted, drug, gang, related etc. But surely isn’t like DC. So I would say Lancaster is very safe compared to DC and relatively safe compared to York, but ALWAYS be mindful of your surroundings.
Gas prices are high everywhere, but PA has one of the highest gas taxes in all the US. So yes, gas prices will probably be higher here than NJ. But property taxes are SIGNIFICANTLY lower than NJ and cost for every day goods are lower too.
LOL,, Nonsense. Go there on a weekend and experience the traffic jams caused by popuilation growth and day trippers exploring the Amish shops. Buyer beware
Which is the subject of a number of the videos on this channel! It’s funny, we talk about traffic, but so many of the people we work with say we have no idea what bad traffic is compared to what they’re used to!

Lancaster isn't a major city. Harrisburg is much more crime ridden than Lancaster....
