You are amazing, and you definitely come across as someone honest and trying to give the customer honest information not someone giving lip to serve himself. Thank you so much I really do appreciate you. Immensely..

So we’re please let us know which is better.buying one that’s already made? And what town has the lowest taxe’s
Matt, you are the best. thank you so much for sharing all these info, really really helpful. We're real estate investors looking to building a house from scratch for the first time and it is in Scranton right at your corner, and think we are going to need your help if only you cover that part of PA. I'll definitely contact you to see how we can work together
Thank you! Unfortunately, I don't serve the Scranton area as it's a bit too far outside of my service area. But I'm glad you found my information useful and I wish you the best of luck on your build - sounds exciting!
Matt, how do mortgage payments work while a home is being built? Thinking of Lancaster for remote work option. Also, do builders let u bring in your own floor plan that u already like?
It’s super important to get connected with a lender that offers long term (up to 12 month) rate locks. There’s a fantastic one here in Lancaster that a lot of builders recommend (and I recommend too!) as their rate lock program is phenomenal. If you have any other questions, shoot me an email to Matt@themooregrouplancaster.com and we will be glad to help!
Hi Matt! We're thinking of moving to the Lancaster area in the future. Do you know anything about the builder EG Stoltzfus? My friend had recommended them over Keystone Homes. Thanks!
Hi Judi! Love EG Stoltzfus. Quality builder - one of the better ones in the area. Would be happy to answer any questions you have! Shoot me an email to matt@mattmoorehomes.com or call/text me at 717-585-4522 if you’d like to talk about it :)
There we go another Prospective buyer of keystones homes! Yes they are cool and a blessed construction company that helps third world countries launch their micro business free of charge
What about new construction not in a development? Like buy some land and build can you help with that? Can you help sell houses? I live in York and am wanting to out my house up for sale and possibly either build a house.
That is definitely doable too. Keystone, in this case, does have a “build on your own lot” program which is crazy popular. They’ll build a keystone house (and do all the necessary systems like septic/well, if needed) on a lot you choose! It’s more expensive to build on your own lot, generally speaking. Happy to talk about it more with you! Call or text me at 717-585-4522 and we can have a conversation 🙂
Find me a nice house (15-19 Sq) built by keystones with enough space for a raised vegetables garden in a nice area with HOA and property taxes laid out or a Modern Farmette 1 to 2 acres and you got me as a customer.
@@LancasterLiving I have been looking forever but kind of hesitate because I don’t know the neighborhood in PA. Looking within the 250-300. Would that be possible? Any nice little farm around you? It’s either a single family homes with a good size backyard or a farmette. But is looking for a good deal perhaps a foreclosed .
Hi Matt. We just subscribed to your channel and we also have a question about buying a home in gated community if possible because it will be our second home. Will send you an email direct to your email address for more questions. Thank you Matt.

@@mommalove3.057 I do both and work in the York area as well as Lancaster.
Would we be able to purchase a new built without upgrades?
Absolutely! We’ve had several clients do that and then upgrade later (or not at all). Entirely your choice!
By the way I did tryied to call you the other day but you’re answering messages was full .so I couldn’t leave a message for you.
