Question, why do you take your protein shake before/during cardio? To my knowledge, when you spike your glucose after eating, you trigger your body to produce insulin and that stops the fat burning making it a bit counterintuitive to the cardio. Please correct me if I am wrong. I'm rooting for you, man; you got this.
