Love a quick and easy shrimp dish! Because cauliflower rice can be a bit.. well.. bland/icky, I normally like to stir through a bit of chopped cilantro (parsley works too) just to brighten it up a bit
I love shrimp. Unfortunately, it is absolutely laced with sodium. Even raw shrimp. Guess after they're caught, they need to be soaked in brine pretty soon to preserve them. About five pieces of shrimp have 20-25 percent of your daily allowance of sodium -- that's a lot of salt!
