yo, isn't the potential relay installed upside down? all the ones I can think of have the mounting screw at the "top" and have arrow pointing up and saying top.
if it's upside down, that could make the start keep energizing, stick on or drop out early, cut back in early. (gravity wins!)
maybe there's some with case/direction opposite that I don't recall? I only pay attention when replacing them.
oh, some are/claim non-positional, but if the spring breaks bad things happen. also the electronic ones can get stupid and do all sorts of bad things, figured one out last year randomly hangin on or cycling back in in the middle of running for no reason. tripping the circuit breaker...

That first system could the pressure switch be flakey and cause it to burp the contactor?

3 yrs. Wow. time does fly these days. seems like only 1-1.5 years.
Nothing better than pulling up right beside a unit on the Ground.
Bonus - if thier is a Hose spigot right there & a Electrical outlet.
If You are Lucky it's about 1 out of every 5 customers.

That's like putting up the torch kit to soon. You know if you do that there's going to be a leak when installing something new or changing a valve out! Torchrs are the last thing to go to the van
