Even though I like when you do a couple of service calls per video... start to finish is great. There are a lot of great channels here but you are by far my favorite channel. Thanks for allowing us to join your journey
Nor-cal Dave hits out of the park with this video. Great to see full videos. Lots of learning to be had and your videos make it easy. Thanks Dave. Awesome work service and videoing wise. I do residential and going to be getting into small refrigeration too.
No work going on in H-Town today so I killed an hour watching you work 12 deg this morning and no power I thank God I knew how to run the central furnace off the generator Great video thanks Dave
Watched two 1hr episodes today. This is great training for me since I just started doing similiar work as an apprentice. Diggin this different format of content too. Thank you!
? If you pull a vacuum and re install the schrader before the systems positive aren’t you allowing the air that’s between the valve and the cap on the tool into the system?? I usually get the system positive before reinstalling the schrader valve. Only issue is you have to expose the micron gauge to the refrigerant psi.
Tricks of the Trade on Bar Coolers & possibly Prep tables -- if the Tstat is bad (no continuity at room temp), the condenser fan will not run, but the evaporator fan does -- use an extension cord hooked to the compressor & wall outlet to verify compressor & fan work. You can also install a jumper between the run & start windings to simulate a start relay -- after applying voltage, pull the jumper.
Hey Dave, next time smell them yellow cutting boards!!! People think they are stained. Not!!!! Bacteria infested!!! You are a super tech. Meat shop owner in Minnesota. Look up gummy bear bratwurst. You are the best 👌
Loved the Rubix cube job. Couldn’t believe how tight the kitchen was. Pizza shop in town had junk prep table I condemned. I go to another pizza shop in town for a prep table call a few weeks later and there it is? The condemned one. He bought it from his competitor. Those guys have no Conscience.
Hey Dave its not in this video. But what is the portable battery operated tub with sprayer that you use to pressure wash the coils on roof condensers ?? I want one.
Great educated video. First long video from you Dave. I learn how to make condensate loop on this video Had a question how do you tell plug cap tube and low on charge???
You know your vac pump runs at runs at around 396Hz which is very close to a G4, so maybe you could use the vac pump as a lead in to a song in the key of G4. Sweet vid as always.
Awesome video man been watch your content for al little while now. If any one can answer my question. Since it’s pretty doable to replace almost any part of this style of prep table at what point would recommend to replace the whole system? Rather then just making repairs here and there.
I'm a rock singer I have been in tour for most of my adult life but I'm wondering why that copper smell tube has to go through that small metal box ,what is the porpoise of the 1/4 quarter inch pipe to seat in that position to what porpoise?? Please explain thank you
Love your vids Dave I’ve been learning so much I have a question for testing purposes only would it be alright to use recovered gas? To be a little more cost effective per say
Having watched every single one of Chris’s (Stephens) videos, I thought he had it bad, but I’m not feeling sorry for him anymore after having watched this, my first video of yours.
The fuel is so cheap in the USA, you pay 63$ for 20 galons, thats converted 75 liter, this would cost in europe about 2 € / liter, thats reconverted $174 :-#
Nothing like job site Tetris move this to get to that and move that to get to something else been there done that I've done service work in kitchens for electrical and plumbing in it's never fun to keep your boots dry
I know it’s messing with yo chicken, but thanks for the long video with only one commercial. Great Video Super Dave. PS a crystal ball is telling me Darnold to the 49ers, Jimmy G out.

Love your video. Good job.
Hey Dave its not in this video. But what is the portable battery operated tub with sprayer that you use to pressure wash the coils on roof condensers ?? I want one.
Very good job ,a query if it is not a bother how much are the fees for that job ? Good life and tank you.
Great educated video. First long video from you Dave. I learn how to make condensate loop on this video
Had a question how do you tell plug cap tube and low on charge???
Is the high side running thru the drain pan to evaporate the condensate water? Im still learning the trade and never seen this
Did you fill with liquid, and then turned the unit on? Wonder after unit was on u we’re filling with gas.

Great video
I love you too, bro.
Do you have any cap tube replacement vids?
There in there
What does something like this cost as far as the service/repairs?
Estodo la raza trabajando
Nice 👍
What did you do with the gas you added to determine whether it was a leak or blocked cap tube

Cost and how beat is unit. Example why install a compressor on a 20 year old unit. That has beat doors and housings.

It’s the discharge line from compressor it’s hot. The pan catches the condensation the tube evaporates it’s and pre cools the line.
Presidents Day Prep Table Parade!
Does that vangina have a 6 banger in it.

You could tell this was still during the pandemic because of the price of gas in California was under $4/gallon 🤣🤣
I know it’s messing with yo chicken, but thanks for the long video with only one commercial. Great Video Super Dave. PS a crystal ball is telling me Darnold to the 49ers, Jimmy G out.
Darnold was a fat kid and Jimmmy G wins ( when healthy ). And Kyle is soy. Watson or Russell Wilson only over jimmy G.
The condition of the restaurants flooring for lack of cleanliness is disturbing in that kitchen. Quite nasty...
I crawl in them all day long Saturday and Sundays too. Usually the floor gets a little cleaning 🧼 from my back. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
