Aivars is a fan favorite for a reason. Super jovial and funny but also a dangerous competitor. Has won a lot of international comps can't wait to see how he does hear.

I don't think I have ever seen a real interview like this with Aivars though I've seen him compete several times. Seems like a super nice guy. It is not that surprising though. The sport of strongman has a lot of super nice competitors and people who care about the sport. I have never seen another sport where the athletes root and cheer for each other like Strongman. There are a lot of good lessons here that can apply to business and life.
A tired aivars .. is a dangerous aivars lol... but honestly such a good guy.. but i love it 1 min before he has to perform.. he switches to a real beast... very consistent n dosnt have too many weak points.. so always dangerous for the top 3 or 4 athletes... i predict 6 or 7th placing which with thid line up.. is world class
