Just goes to you don't have to be loud or a show-off if you play within the music-although there are times when you have to fire up a dead audience. This wasn't that time. Just what I needed to get my Monday started. NPR - your Tiny Desk concerts are the best and thank you for showcasing the amazing & infectious funk/bebop of Dirty Dozen Brass.

Oh, I so love these guys. Very first band I heard in New Orleans in 1989... at the Ice House, August, Christmas lights all over the bar. People dancing on the floor. My eyes wide open wondering about fire safety... completely missing the point.
