Great job, having good amount of land and money, anyone can do architecture. Challenge is when you have restrictions. You people have shown how capable you are. Take a bow for your talent.
there are three staircases on the ground floor due to which there is a waste of space and only one guest room and attached bath could be adjusted. if one bigger staircase can be removed there can be more space and a study/work room may be adjusted. apart from this planning detail, i love the design, especially how the architects hae minimised the use of readymade products from the market and actually taken the pains to design even smaller details. a job well done.
I would rate this the best project on buildofy as other projects usually have luxury of larger plot sizes ; this design truly denotes skills of the architect involved!!! 👍

This house must be studied as a case study. Many builders and architects cheat people that they cannot achieve fantastic house in a small area. This house has only one free way, and the architect has done a fantastic job

Everything is fine, But First floor living hall tv unit backside staircase looks very clumsy. Why first floor and second floor staircase looks different, It should be same right, Only one staircase we are using for first to second floor than how it be different. Apart from this great work.
How abt 50 by 11 hall contain stairs ? Would this design make the hall small?

Way to expensive, it's great that they made something different and better than normal, But should consider the cost as well. For over 1cr, i would prefer to buy a bigger land and construct a more simpler house.
