  • Designed by 4Site Architects, the house is situated in the dense urban fabric of the old city of Bengaluru.
To download the full PDF eBook of Brick Weave House in Karnataka with detailed information, floor plans, materials used and so much more, please visit:
    www.buildofy.com/projects/bri...
The key highlight is the facade constructed out of bricks, inspired by patterns created by hand weavers.
Principal Architect Chandrakant Kanthigavi walks us through this compact house which offers a play of light and shadow through the bricks' weave pattern and the skylight in the stairwell of the house.

Even the buildings are as same as like videos, mix of commercial space and residencial living... You just inspired me to have a dream house is this hopeless compactness.... Wish you all the best 👍

In Delhi, most houses are built in plot size of 16x24 or less.. The people or builder have accomplished to fit 2 bedrooms, a small drawing room, a kitchen and a common toilet/bath, stairs and balcony into that same given space.. the design is such that each floor mostly serves as a separate apartment.. So, as I am aware of that, I didn't like this house design with no balcony and probably just a single room on each floor.. just a front brick weave design which I didn't like.. and yes, from your past few videos it has become more verbal rather than actually showing the design..
I love your channel and love your architect ideas/projects.. just didn't like this particular one..

i would like to mention that with builder floor apartments of this size where 2 rooms are made is not managable there is no proper space for wardrobe and everything feels suffocating so if you are making your own apartments its better to have one room and for the balcony part i dont think the property had space for balcony
