He really did everything so creatively and technically and all the colors hues materials in interior it just so perfectly modern and earthy he created one of the most beautiful homes. Clever facade in small space.. I like it.. it's very functional.. it has got a unique character..and the entire internal design looks like 90's Manhattan

What a fabulous design of house in such scrammed place. Moreover the feel of living in natural, airy as well as cozy environment is achieved by Architects by not compromising on any of the aspects. Be it size of grand drawing room, kitchen, parking area, bed rooms as well as terrace solar systems etc...Well done team. Absolutely loved it.

This segment ( area in sqm ) is very common in india and i think we need good architecture to make the best use of this space yet make it eco friendly n open .... You seem to be touch with both - so specialise in providing cost effective solutions in this space ...i am sure your firm will go leaps and bounds

Best use of space and best used of materials. one cannot say this has 3 bedrooms with sperate restrooms, space is used really well. he doesn't use cheesy words to make the house or its materials feel rich or lavish, true to the work /Art of building or designing. Well Done.!

i really love the entire design also the floor and wall combination ..in order for to make use of the open terrace, it would be more convenient if a small passenger lift also added which connects all the floor level if the family has grandparents.

The house is beautiful but few points I would like to share - Why 4 steps are added to move on same floor? In long run this becomes very troublesome. How about maintenance of central laminated glass? Safety from thieves, rain and thunders? Also it will give continuous light inside house. There is no option of restrict this light like we use curtains on windows.
Malay Joshi, indeed good job, I could corelate with Madhav Mani and Saxena execution at Janakpuri of 1100 sq ft. However their scale were lil different but yours is simple yet execution was tactical and equally good. Kudos Builofy for bringing all these to us.
Brilliant design and material palette!! ... Also the explaination in this video was very clear and apt. Photographs and video were quite explanatory compared to the other buildofy videos.
Simply superb...awesome😀.what I liked most was the use of exposed concrete with so much of texture rather than structural elements...and also reclaimed stuff. And the architect's design ofcourse....superb...
I wonder how much its going to cost them to built these structures. They should have given a rough value of how much it costed for overall construction. So that people like us can get an idea about how its gonna cost us to build one for ourself.
These videos are great. Its helping to educate people regarding the value that a good architect can bring through thoughtful design. However , many times new clients visit me with these videos as reference and are not willing to pay more than 5000 rupees for architect's design fee. Still, we try to give the best we can.
Great Work, simply amazing it's tough to do these type of planning in densely populated areas. I love the staircase design and different textures of concrete used in a place.
Several interesting features.Only two doubts 1 ) Is The grid rainproof? 2) Could you have put a lift connecting all the levels.There seem to be an awful lot of steps,which could get tiresome when one grows old.Of course the biggest constraint is the space and the neighbours walls on either side.An amazing job I really enjoyed the video and presentation.
After looking at this design, I feel I missed my dream in renovating my home 12 years back. May be I could not make my architect understand what you have executed. May be we have more architectural restrictions. Ours was almost similar sized project. However, one biggest short coming of this design is the approach to the main door is miles away, if one has to open the door while on the top floor. I have sort of spiral staircase in the middle of house, which makes it easy to reach the main door in less time. You know if you have to buy vegetables and fruits from Street vendor, by the time you come down he would be gone far😂
In small spaces it’s the skills of an architect to design and utilise spaces accordingly, he has done a great job

It’s not the same floor, basically they are made to reduce space usage. Just that 4 stairs are used in a zig zag manner.
