Im really happy for this first impression review, I feel like a couple of the other channels' review wasn't as in depth on the state of the bike. I know its a pre production model, but I have to hold some reservations based on the state of the suspension alone. With speeds like this and the cost of upgraded suspension components they really need to have a good setup from the factory. There is no way I am ordering this bike until a full review from this channel comes out! You all have the best review format and style on youtube right now. Hope to see more soon.
It's cheaper upgrading a suspension than it is a motor, battery and controller to match its power with another brand, I much rather just deal with upgrading a suspension myself.
With taxes and shipping it seems like it's over 1k difference with the sigma and erideSR compared to the MX5. Seems like the mx5 is best choice for price per performance but it's close, we have to many great options out there you really can't go wrong

@@sendysent yes but we also win as consumers as we have so many choices. For example, last year pretty much every emoto was 60V and now they are all obsolete unless you want to spend 3k plus for diy upgrades
Idk I feel like altis will just add to the power and tuning and will still out sell. It’s so much more unique in multiple colors too plus fairings. These two bike have so much potential 🙏
Awesome review for $800 more for the Altis it’s hard to justify buying any other bike out looking forward to checking out the SR but also still hard to beat the larger battery option Crazy how much you have to upgrade the MX5 $3k in upgrades plus the cost of bike to be head to head close to the Altis sounds like the Altis is still the best bang for your buck right now
@@Skyler-s8f I prefer replacing belts over transmissions personally. I got a 50k RZR and two 25k sleds that all run belts. I'm a believer! Belts are fucking awesome!

It’s possible that the suspension has been blown out if it has been demoed by a bunch of other people. Pretty easy to imagine that the shocks and the forks aren’t anywhere near where they are supposed to be if they’ve been abused.
@mrmime7453 I've seen some of the other videos and I don't remember the front looking so low. That bike has probably been through the wringer. But I'm glad it's getting abused so the final product will hopefully be better for us.

I've built a bike faster than this costing well over 10k. For this to cost 5.5k is insane. Even if the suspension is crap, so is all other stock e bikes. This is a great starting point to add suspension and be done. You guys may be right which is why a lot of us are waiting for production bike reviews but you gotta understand all the things that come with building a new bike from the ground up.
I'm just going to keep riding my mx4 that I overpaid for and wait till next year till all this stuff goes on sale or another King comes out 😂. There's a new e-bike coming out every month it seems like😮. Thanks for all the reviews and hard work. I'll be ordering a set of wheels from you guys here soon

Cool that would make a great supermoto bike. Wish I took it for a spin. I did get to sit on it and the riding triangle feels funny. Like the foot pegs were too high forcing me to bend my knees a lot. It was great meeting you guys at the EMX event.
Had a 2stroker doing 50max mph. Had zero interest on the E class bikes but when I saw the E ride pro I was immediately intrested. When I saw the Altis sigma I knew It was for me.... order mine already.... LA voromotors.
I miss the interaction with all the boys. Miss hearing from Reed and Alex a bit more. The different perspectives while performing the reviews and ride throughs brought a lot more insightfullness. .
Can I ask what from this vid make you pre order? They said the seat is saggy the suspension is horrid the front end is low the bike just glitches off. I was all amped up now I’m holding off to see if the production model is any better
When I first tried my XXX the eco mode felt plenty off-road going over bumps/etc. until I got used to sport mode, and the snappier throttle. Now I could maybe use a little more, but still 20k is still a lot for rough off-road. On road or in some smoother conditions then it is another story, and I like the options/flexibility.
6:49 16in rear makes it sit lower, the 19x19 "street" version will sit another 2 - 3 inches higher & give it a more comfortable stance cause you're not leaning back, also it will be slightly faster & more efficient because the 19 rear is lighter
Great video idea here: atlis (not the prototype) with supermoto wheels vs stark varg super moto wheels 🤯 I think stark will win but for the price difference it would be cool to see how close of a competitor the atlis is

They ventus frame isn't bad at all, its a lot more sturdy and strong feeling than all the E-Ride frames in my opinion. We like it a lot, the Ventus is a ripper!

I know this is just one of the two production bikes but they gotta improve some of the hardware holding the bike together and a couple of those welds look pretty spotty. I'm sure they will address that as it looks like some of the bolts already have wear and tear and the bike has only 100 miles on it :/
@talariaboys From a fit/ergos/comfort standpoint, which is better for a tall rider, the Sigma or the MX5? Assume I’d do mods like lower pegs, higher seat, and higher bars.
it’s 97.2v 35ah so the range is like a 72v 47ah or a 60v 56ah. But since they use a hairpin motor there is less loss of power so about a 20% more range from the just the motor.

Just a regular 2 stroke Chinese kits...
Did some modifications and was able to hit 50mph. Required lots of maintenance.

Its a pre production bike so it has a little more rattle than it will. I don't know exactly what is rattling.
