I have a tip to make the corners line up correctly. If the larger fabric is 3” larger all the way around, put a small clip 3” from the corner before you start pinning each side. Sometimes we don’t think we are stretching the material, but it can happen, and the sides don’t line up properly.
    Thank you for your tutorial!

I'll be honest I doubted you the first few minutes of the video, then you turned it right side out and it's beautiful ❤️

My sister is pregnant with not only her first baby, but the first grandchild in our family. I've taken sewing classes but it's been years. I decided to make her a baby blanket for Christmas so thank you for this.

Goid tutorial...the light fabric against your light colored table makes it fifficult to see project.

Wonderful video, thank you for sharing! Can you do half fleece and half woven cotton?

Thank you for this tutorial 😊.
Im going to attempt this with a bamboo batting between the layers...is there anything I should do differently or be aware of?

I have never used bamboo batting, so I don’t have any suggestions. Good luck!

Lovely tutorial. Do you think a bit of blanket fabric placed inside and sewn into the seam would work, just to make the blanket a bit heavier?

This is an EXCELLENT tutorial but apparently I am SUPER DUMB. I've tried it twice and FAILED twice, 1 1/2 actually. My corners come out OPEN or blunt 3/4 of the time. WHAT am I doing wrong?? Do you cut at an angle? I followed along with the video all the way the 2nd time. Followed the steps then TRIED them myself. I got the flaps after sewing the top n bottom together but the flap sewing or cutting or both are getting me . HELP

It’s really not. I’ve made close to 100 of these. Have fun trying one! 🤗
