my idea for a evil jay storyline would be similar, it would be something like this: -the ninja get in the tournament, some battles go on, and they hear about a fighter who is destroying everyone on the ring(wink wink) -eventually, one of the ninja would face off against this guy, they would then learn it's jay, but it's already too late and cole loses brutally -they would continue on, but nya would try to sneak in his bedroom and talk to him, with no use, jay doesn't remember her and attacks her -later on, nya would be the one to fight jay in the tournament(near the end of the season), she would somehow get through to him and he would come back to the team, but... -since jay would have used shatterspin, his soul would not be 100% good, in the next season he would still act weird, sometimes agressive or even impatient, which would lead the ninja to go on a journey to find a way to reverse the effects of shatterspin
No Zane should fight him and jay should say this “wait a second I recognize you” Zane: “am I finally getting through” Jay: “your that robot from the administration”
I had my own little theory of Evil Jay, Since nya lloyd and sora are fighting Tox, Cinder and Jordana specifically, and coles most likely getting disqualified by cinder, I made an idea that Jay fights wyldfire, The ninja who doesnt know who he is, Wouldnt try to befriend him, and one who wouldnt hokd back at fighting jay, and allowing Evil Jay arc to progress for more seasons since the Ninja wouldnt know of Jay's presence in the tournament itself and Wyldfire wouldnt say anything cause why would she? Making Jay still evil and without his memories even after the season ends
A fight in the source tournament between Jay and nya would be awesome to see. Doc Wyatt said that there wa s no cure for someone being corrupted by Shatterspin, so Jay could disappear at the end of part 2 and then one of the plots in season 3 could be finding the cure for jays corruption. 👍

I think Jay should use his element in the tournament, as when morro died a new master of wind was found, leaving the ninja to think that jay is dead. Would be intressting to see how Nya would react to this, considering she doesnt have kai or jay to lean on for support. Maybe thats to dark though.
It’s like the writers just decided that the only thing Jay can be is comedic relief and just wrote him that way without understanding his character (this is why prime empire sucks and Skybound is an underrated masterpiece)
Why does Prime Empire sucks. Jay is the hero of it, saving the day. He is a rock star and dances fantastically, but can take on the evil Sushi cook and the Dragon in the end. My 6-year old son adores Prime Empire.

I think it would make more sense, if Jay would continue to be evil in the next season, and have his evil arcs end at the half way point. Becase the finale of season 2 seems like its pretty much full of stuff even without a character redemtion. Also i hope that Jay chooses to be evil, and not converted trough magic. It would make his redemtion arc and aftermath so much more interesting.
Yeah. I would like to see this particularly: Lord Ras gets a message from his master, explaining to him that they could recruit Jay. The thing Ras might use to convince Jay to join him would be through something they both want... In that case Jay wants to capture some of the ninjas because they were 'accomplice of the equipment named Zane that escaped the facility (Administration)'. Lord Ras on the other hand, also wants capture/eliminate the ninjas and may ask Jay to join him in order to fulfill their desire to get the ninjas. Jay could accept to join forces with Lord Ras and his 'army' to get the ninjas out of the way.
After the new episodes' release, his role turned out underwhelming, but not bad. It was basically more setup for his actual arc in season 3 (or whenever)
Maybe Jay does use lightning but the ninja don't think it's Jay because 1. This ney guy is evil 2. And they figured out that wildfire has a different element. And also in s1e4 when arin got shot by water, Lloyd said there is only one person who can do this. I think it would be good if jay never got his memeory back. He would still turn good and join the ninja and form relationships with them, but he would never be the same person as they remember. I think that would be much more interesting than him regaining his memories and having guilt for being evil even though he had lost his memory. I dont think its gonna happen though just because it would be way easier for the writers.

I have a theory on why Jay’s memories and IQ disappeared, what if when the Energy Source Dragon was being drained by Imperium it drained the Elemental master’s under the Energy Source dragon’s (specifically Jay) memories or Iq, and we also know Imperium captured the Energy source Dragon before the merge so maybe they performed small tests which had a little consequence for the Elemental masters under the Energy Source Dragon and Jay lost some IQ or memories slowly forgetting himself, changing his voice, and when the merge happened, it may have affected the Energy Source Dragon which affected Jay. There’s definitely a lot of flaws in this theory and I don’t see this as the reason, but still an alright theory for me.

@@TheRealTormentor Jay hasn’t really been treated unfairly you can argue how they wrote him in recent times in unfair but the character Jay hasn’t really been though anything unfair and anything he had was already explored in Skybound. Skybound proved to us Jay is more than just an energetic inventor. While with Kai it felt incomplete because we saw those cracks in the tournament of elements and it’s still fairly shown that Kai still has moments of ego from season 1
Unpopular oppininon: I really love the the last episode of rebooted and I think they should have kept zane dead, at least for 2 seasons, and then have him return as less inportant character, with pixal becoming the new ice ninja.
You know they will the past seasons haven’t been the best “at least in my opinion” Edit as of 7/29: evil jay arc was interesting and I can’t wait to see what happens next with him hopefully they don’t mess things up for season 3

Good news they didn't ruin his character and they actually played it kind of safe. It acted as more set up for future installments if anything. Plus it actually had consequences and impact on the characters going forward which can't be anything else but seen as a massive W imo🤷🏻♂ Although the fight scene should've been a bit longer and the dialogue could be slightly tweaked but overall solid so far and still interested in what happens going forward.
The only problem I have with evil jay is I wish it was Kai that was the evil one cause he is the strongest of the original four ninja and it would bring back skylor and have way more drama with the whole ninja team because we know that Kai has beaten the other 3 og ninjas and with him being like Lloyd new father and nya would have to beat her brother

as interesting as that would be storywise jay would be a better option, especially since everyone (especially kai) has been treated more seriously and jay was *only* the comic relief
@@TheRealTormentor I mean I def don’t believe that’s true as Kai has more potential as a villain but I do get what your saying because they did in fact make Jay look bad with newer seasons especially in dragons rising. I don’t think he would just cause he doesn’t have as much motives to be evil as Kai would which is why I personally think that a villain arc would suit Kai more. Either way I’m sure every ninja is gonna have an evil counterpart at some point
@@lostintoonami im saying that since hes treated so unfairly he would have more of a motivation to be evil, what motivation would kai have? He's a pretty solid character with a pretty good sense of justice/morals so I can't really imagine him like that
@@TheRealTormentor Jay hasn’t really been treated unfairly you can argue how they wrote him in recent times in unfair but the character Jay hasn’t really been though anything unfair and anything he had was already explored in Skybound. Skybound proved to us Jay is more than just an energetic inventor. While with Kai it felt incomplete because we saw those cracks in the tournament of elements and it’s still fairly shown that Kai still has moments of ego from season 1

Unpopular oppininon: I really love the the last episode of rebooted and I think they should have kept zane dead, at least for 2 seasons, and then have him return as less inportant character, with pixal becoming the new ice ninja.

Good news they didn't ruin his character and they actually played it kind of safe. It acted as more set up for future installments if anything. Plus it actually had consequences and impact on the characters going forward which can't be anything else but seen as a massive W imo🤷🏻♂ Although the fight scene should've been a bit longer and the dialogue could be slightly tweaked but overall solid so far and still interested in what happens going forward.
The only problem I have with evil jay is I wish it was Kai that was the evil one cause he is the strongest of the original four ninja and it would bring back skylor and have way more drama with the whole ninja team because we know that Kai has beaten the other 3 og ninjas and with him being like Lloyd new father and nya would have to beat her brother
