Be sure to get an alignment done after having the springs/spacers fitted.
This mod is so subtle and yet changes/improves the whole look of the car massively 👍🏽👍🏽
The stance is perfect now 👍
Exhaust and defuser next, the rear of the car is lacking imo because you can see the whole exhaust system and a nice exhaust and defuser to bring it together would look nice and you’d also get some performance out of it

Paint the back box black, changes the look of the rear, even more in a black monster !! 👌👌
Personally I just like to delete the back box instead 😂
Do you get any rubbing with the 12mm spacers? It looks like the front sticks out a little further than the rear. I might go with 8mm front and 12mm rear on mine.
do you not need to do a wheel alignment after you put the spacers?
Wow looks great. How does this affect driving? Eg through speed bumps and potholes etc. I’m thinking of doing the same but I’m worried about those.

No need for lowering springs in my opinion.
It looks low enough from factory.
So running that small plate isn’t gonna give you issues ?

That plate is winding me up, spacing is certainly an issue.
The Old Bill will defo give that Beemer a tug. They aren't fans of any messing with number plates. I used to make number plates and that looks bad (and for what? Usually people do it to make it look like a word, that just looks boss eyed!)
Yeah, it cheapens the car massively unfortunately, gives it a £500 2002 corsa look...

I have an M3 comp 2018 mantis green and the spacers made a huge difference in the looks of the car it was my first mod, your car just look amazing, enjoy!!
What are the size of your spacers ?
Is it necessary to put extended wheel bolts when using this spacers? Or can you put the original ones?
No defo need to run longer bolts too
Spacers unecessary (unlike on M140/240) and your wheels now poke out too much - looks fractionally past the arch in some shots :(
Have heard many good things about putting better springs on m2C, so good call there
I wanna see if anyone's been able to get M4 active dampers onto a M2C
Rear looks great. Kinda think it's too much on the front..i think the front look better kept inside the arches.
The tires do not hit the mudguards
when cornering, especially at high speed.

And the distance to the floor in mm?? I think its possible to scratch the front bumper. I own a LCi M2 since two years and half and every day I dream with drop the car
One Thing that I really don’t like about eibach is that front drop. It is not low enough.. seems like you have your bags really heavy

Has anyone ever suffered brake judder around 50mph after having these mods. I had the same mods made to my M2 Comp and am now experiencing brake judder for the second time, BMW have already replaced one set.
New changes look good but I don't get the front plate? So you've got 2 different sized plates on the car? The standard one on the other m2 looked so much better
Paul what stopped you from getting the M2 with the n55 engine? Also,that m135i will never ever grow on me regardless of the modifications
Just ordered a 21 M2 Competition and I am looking forward to the day when I take delivery then begin the mods. I love the spacers and the Eibach springs.

Looks great, I bet your mate was thinking I should have had the springs done too after tour car pulled your car out the garage. A few things I think it needs is duck tail spoiler, diffuser exhaust back box and tune.

Don’t you need a wheel alignment when you change springs?
Always get it looked at after 200/300 miles once the springs have fully dropped

Never heard anyone say an M light drives horribly before.
Next fit some wed sport SA-10r gloss black rims, they would suit it perfectly.

The rear looks identical but the front is so much better. I have no idea why BMW don't do that with Mlites and upwards to full M cars????

I've nothing against lowering cars at all, done it loads in the past. But it's a load if BS when people say it hasn't altered the ride quality in any way.

Yeah for the Eibach springs, no for the spacers. It gets to out of the arches. But it's your car, so do as you like. 👍

Marco Fernandes lowering springs are not for everybody, need to be mindful about catching bumper on stuff, also does it compromise ride quality slightly (probably most noticeable on really bad roads) - hence why BMW don’t spec it from standard
