    Yes! More of these please. I always tell myself I'll go back and find them within other videos but honestly never do. Having it on its own makes it so much easier to find. And I LOVED the ones that focused on mobility for upper body or back. Well...hips, too. Maybe I just love them all.

    Please start with a pregnancy workout for all trimesters

      There's pregnancy and post partum channel on youtube. Check her out.
      Heather's workouts can be done in pregnancy with modifications. Don't do planks or lay on your back after 1st trimester. And be careful about jumping.

    Been out of the gym, rib injury not 100% healed😢 Every time I do weights, I regress😢. I’m slowing coming back though, I hate bing inactive. I will take it easier this time and hopefully I can start introducing weights again soon ❤

    Perfect! Doing a few 4.0 and new drops at Dream Fitness Centre in Bali when I'm not wrecked from surf. This something to do any day and any where. Yeah Heather, did you know you've been hanging with me in Bali a few times a week for the past six weeks? 10 more weeks to go! Doing the HR12 4.0 was a game changer for my athleticism!! ❤🙏

    Not sure why it takes me tipping over for the first bird dog/arm reach to realize I need to switch to opposite extremities 😂
    Thanks for always going thru these type of workouts twice. The first time thru my body is figuring out what to do and the second round I can usually do deeper stretches all the way thru. Thanks so much!
