@@cjfishing17 your welcome. Im glad i stumbled across your channel. Your content is very true to life and real. Some fishing channels are too edited. But you show alot of things that happen to us all. Ie. I watched you pen fishing video. And you caught some nice dace but on pulling it put the water it fell off. Alot of youtubers only show you what they catch, not some of the mishaps that happen to us all. Keep up the great work. 👍🏼
My Granddad was my best mate & fishing buddy, i absolutely adored him ❤ (my Dad never took an interest in me). He was also a great angler, kind, a character, charismatic, and the funniest guy you'd wish to meet! There was no "age gap". Everyone loved him, even young ladies 😂. He suddenly died aged 78, a week before another planned fishing long weekend. I was gutted to say the least. I still miss him even now 😢. The moral of this post is = Enjoy and savour every moment with your Granddad, because you never know when it will be the last time 😉! PS = im now 68 years old, and im a multiple Granddad.. Im trying to be the best mate/friend, mentor, and fishing buddy to my Grandsons, just like my Granddad taught me to be... with no age gap 😂😂
I have fished hard venues, but sometimes its nice to have that constant action in a session just to break it up a bit. Also its just nice spending time with my Grandad and just having a nice day out. Hope you enjoyed the video :)
It’s more the rods up high thing and I have never fished like it before. There are videos out there recently explaining how this works on other yt channels. 😁
PS.... Did you grow that beard to please your Granddad, and mirror image the concrete Gnome (holding a fishing rod) that he's got beside his garden pond 😳?? .... = Im bantering joking!! 😂 lol

I fished a match many year's ago like that using a maggot feeder. I caught more than the guys using poles. 😂
lol nice one! Pole fishing is great but you cant beat fishing the feeder and it can out fish the pole in the right conditions.

Not really a new method....quite standard really
Its just something a little different having the rods up high and fishing so close to the bank where the match men and women fish on there poles. :)
