How to remove and install new memory (RAM) in a HP ProBook 6550B

My HP 6550b ProBook has 4GB ram already installed. If I order another 4GB ram to bring my cpu up to 8 GB would I install the new ram in the bottom of the cpu or do I take out the keyboard to install? Thanks

I made the modification as on the video and when it restarts a blue screen appears with these 2 errors :
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

Great video Dayton, however, it is good practice that you remove the battery any time you add, replace memory modules. As I said great video because you kept it nice and short.

No you don't. It's RAM - Random Access Memory. It doesn't store information when the computer is off.
