I have never commented on a video before, but I felt like you should know how great your videos are! I am a beginner yogi and can't watch 99% of the other instructional videos on RUclips because the instructors voices are so annoying. They try to sound soothing, but in my opinion it takes away from the experience. You, on the other hand, have a naturally calm speaking voice and I look forward to your yoga videos. I really like the way you talk about breathing! It is very helpful and more nuanced than just "breathe! breathe!" I also like how anyone can do this video. People who have bad knees, etc. could still do this. I have a lot of joint problems and I was still able to do these moves. Thanks for all you do!
Hi, Cole. Thanks so much for ALL of your videos. You're really helping me get back into a regular yoga practice gently. I wonder if you would do a 'before bed' session sometime. I can always use your neck & shoulder tension videos, but if you can offer something specifically to slow down before sleep, I'd love that. Namaste.

I love your teaching style. It is very easy to follow and you explain the positions well. Some instructors are fast paced even in beginner classes. Do you have a detailed explanation of downward dog. in any of your videos? I experience wrist pain when I try it. Any help is appreciated.

I agree. With others I have to pause and go back, or watch the video first to figure out what they're doing, but not with her. I also love how simple she kept it, with just a few poses, yet very effective. I can see this becoming part of my morning routine.
I did Cole's Morning Yoga for Beginners last night, and it slowed me down and felt great. Maybe that one could be titled differently to encompass either morning or night just by calling it Yoga for Slowing Down ... or something. But I'd still love it if Cole would do a Before Bed video.
