Words cannot describe how I felt when I heard this beautiful song for the first time. In the current climate of 'popular' music it makes me heave a huge sigh of relief and thank goodness for Future Islands. From the opening notes and the instant Samuel's voice starts, you are captivated. Unique talent as always. This is what intelligent, thoughtful music is all about. Thank you Future Islands ❤

Started listening to future islands with tin man in 2013, was just a kid and you guys helped me through so many lonely and confused times. You guys got me through the times in which i never thought things would get better. Relistening to your guy’s work brings back a sense of accomplishment for me.

I saw this band* play inside the university of Calgary I went there to meet my sister and only because of a beer garden event but was captivated by this band* . I never really understood the expression two ships passing into the night until that night. It was a special moment everyone was silent and captivated the beer garden folks were separated from the future island fans by ages interests and musical appreciation but we all connected in that moment I didn’t know who future islands were before that night but I can tell you one thing I sure as shit will never forget them after that moment because we were two ships that happened to be passing that night
I'd been waiting so long to see you live and the weather took that away from me 😢 the short time I saw you at wythenshawe park was incredible, such a stage presence ❤

Your music has been my favorite. Cruising in my 2007 Hyundai Elantra blasting the In Evening Air CD back when I was younger. Inch of Dust and Inkwell are my all-time favorite songs, but they are all amazing songs. I saw you guys in Iowa at a festival a few years back and it was amazing.
