Never in my life I cried so much during a concert than during the first couple of minutes of this song. Listening to it, I made it through one of the toughest years of my life, but it wasn't until I saw it live that I understood how much the lyrics meant to me.

Like a cross of Billy Idol and Depech Mode or A Flock Of Seagulls or whoever. 80's/90's Synth Pop is maybe my second favorite genre next to Florida Breaks... That synthesizer work, vocals, drums and bass! Glad this is coming back! Major awesomeness and great work dudes if you read. Dang Sam's animated and has some range, very talented. I was jamming to the live version of this song in my car this morning :) I'm still not used to this new sound Future Islands has for their new album... The past albums have a much better, more significant beat, and the vocals have more passion. However, this is still good stuff :)
Completely agree. It'll take some getting used to and I'm sure I'll end up loving the album but on first listen it just didn't connect with me in the same way that On The Water did. It's missing Herring's passion in a lot of the songs.
