Zelda 2 Remastered 2nd Quest #16 - The Great Palace

Today we'll be starting the 2nd Quest of The Legend of Zelda 2 - Adventure of Link Remastered. This is a fan-made remaster featuring new areas and many quality of life changes. While Zelda 2 isn't one of my personal favorites, I'm very excited to see all the changes this updated version brings.

That great palace music is such a cool twist on the original. It just gave you that accomplishment that you come that far and about to conquer the evil in that place to save Zelda.
It’s been a long time since I played it but the music score got me.

The remixed music has all been great so far, but the great palace is definitely one of my favorites!

@ totally agree! I don’t know what it is about the score for the great palace, but it just gives you that good feeling an extra energy as if you were actually in links shoes. You can also feel the strife of the music score. It makes you wanna explore the entire palace and take on everything in it! While there have been many adaptations of Zelda games, this one is the most memorable to me! 🫡☺️

Where are the beams for the master sword? Why are they not there on this one?

If you press O in game it will open the options menu. There's an option to switch music styles in there. If you look at the first episode I did for 2nd quest you'll see me change it.
