My question is I don’t have my previous employer who offer out of country h2b, but then, i am looking for a new property to offer h2b out of country petition. Hello. My husband and I have applied for B1/B2 visa renewals. D160 was submitted and confirmed. We have also paid the tenewal fee of $185 each. We are qualified for the waiver interview. 2 weeks have passed and we didnt get instructions or reply what to do next. Please help.

May PD is June28 200 and the ApRIL VISA BULLETIN process is sept 8, 2020...is my case current?

I hold a B1 B2 visa & I am applying for my wife as we want to travel the country, we have filled the DS 160 and awaiyting for slots for interviews, also my B1 B2 Visa will expire n the coming year October should I apply for renewal now ? or wait further ? or will I fall n this category ?
Hello. You can still use it now before expiration or you can renew it too.
