Being the one who sealed Elder Kai in the Z Sword, Beerus can also seal Bugs away in an object if he can't kill him, completely circumventing the wabbit's regeneration.
And Bugs will just come right out of the sealed object from the right of the screen. Say "what's up doc?" And pull out a "Beerus Destroyer Ray 5000" and obliterate him
Arale isn't a Toon Force they're a Gag Manga character they literally aren't the same thing Toonforce is a Western Ideal Gag Manga is an Eastern one they aren't built the same in any way on top of that it's shown Toonforce isn't built equal either for the obvious reason Bugs can get one over on other toons showing his powers are far superior.
