There's a difference, HellSpawn's are allowed to walk on the earth in many different forms, and they can actually even form themselves as humans even if it's not their true form. They can go anywhere in different universes or realities, but they always serve a master which is a Satan. Devil's / Demons can't interfere with life itself or crawl on the Earth, it's much more difficult than it looks.
