Very informative! It’s also important to note you plant your inside foot at 90° before spinning to maximize power from the hips

I always coach the spin is nice as an intentional move, but not as a reaction. Nice!

What do you mean by a set up and counter move?

It is important to keep the Offensive Linemen guessing. You never want the OL to know what your going to do. Your rushes become difficult when he OL knows what your doing because that will allow him to be over aggressive to your move. You have to be able to set him up. So I can set up an OL with 2 different power moves outside and counter with a quick move. He is going to be expecting a power move, which would cause him to set his feet and brace for the power and the moment you see that, you can counter with a chop, quick swim or sweep. Anything quick. There are several different ways you can approach it but the greatest take away is to not do the same moves over and over again. Set him up, keep the OL honest and 'Bam' hit him with a nasty counter BIG DAWG! Thanks for watching and keep the questions coming. I hope this helps. LETS GO TO WORK!
