In this ProTips4U football instructional training video, Calais Campbell, DE for the Arizona Cardinals goes over How to do the Spin Move. This is a tough move, but once you master it, is very hard to defend. Calais demonstrates the move inside and spin to the outside and the move inside and spin to the outside., as well as footwork, arm placement and more.
Calais is defensive end for the Arizona Cardinals. A two-sport star in his hometown of Denver, he choose to play for the Miami Hurricanes where he was the team MVP in '06 and made the All-ACC Team in the same year.
Drafted in 2008 by the Cardinals he was fortunate enough to play in the Super Bowl his rookie season. During the 2011 season, Campbell stepped up as a defensive power house, racking up 8 sacks, 2 forced fumbles and even an interception. More impressive was his dominance on special teams play, where he blocked 3 field goals during the season.
Calais' instructional football videos for ProTips4U focus on drills and techniques that can help improve your pass rush skills.

Just a suggestion -- you might want to clarify that it's a defensive line spin move in the title. It might be confused with an offensive spin move as a ball carrier. It may save you any hassle from disgruntled viewers in the future. Nonetheless, great informative video.
